NeuraVision welcomes prospective graduate students and researchers. Members work closely with the principal investigator on topology-aware vision, uncertainty estimation and trustworthy AI, and are supported in publishing at leading venues.
Open positions
M.Sc. & Ph.D. Applicants
OPEN
Prospective graduate students
We are looking for motivated graduate students with a strong background in machine learning, mathematics and programming, and an interest in computer vision, topology-aware learning or uncertainty estimation. Apply to the Bilkent CS graduate program and mention NeuraVision.
Undergraduate Researchers
OPEN
Bilkent undergraduates
Bilkent undergraduates interested in research can join the lab for semester or summer projects. A solid grasp of Python, deep-learning frameworks and linear algebra is expected.
Visiting Researchers & Interns

External applicants
We occasionally host visiting students and interns. If our research aligns with your interests, reach out with your CV and a short statement of interest.
Who we look for
- A strong foundation in mathematics — linear algebra, probability, optimization.
- Solid programming and hands-on experience with a deep-learning framework (PyTorch).
- Background or genuine curiosity in computer vision and machine learning.
- Interest in the structure of problems: geometry, topology, uncertainty.
- Self-motivation, rigor, and the persistence good research demands.
How to apply
- Read a few of our recent papers and the research areas to see if our work excites you.
- Prepare a short CV and a brief statement of your research interests.
- Email the PI with your materials — mention NeuraVision and a paper you found interesting.
